If you have true information about the commission of a crime or serious infraction in our hotel, we offer various channels so you can report it, with a guarantee of total confidentiality and absolute protection against retaliation or any action against you.

Current and former employees, self-employed workers, professional collaborators, partners, executives, contractor or supplier personnel, former partners, former administrators or representatives and personnel in training or selection. That is, any person who has or has had any type of connection with Fludet SA/Hotel Olympus Palace.

Data required

Although it is advisable to provide your name, address, ID and a contact telephone number or email to verify the facts, request additional information and keep you informed about the progress of the investigations, you have the right to submit your complaint completely anonymously. . Reportable facts

This is not a space to make complaints or claims. If used for this purpose, communications will be archived. The reporting channel is designed to report particularly serious facts that may involve the commission of a crime or a serious or very serious administrative infraction, and about which the complainant must have a firm conviction of its veracity. Furthermore, the events must have occurred in the work or professional scope of our activity. If these are events beyond our control, they must be reported to the competent police, administrative or judicial authorities. If the complainant acts knowing that his or her information is implausible or manifestly false, or if the complaint is made with the aim of defaming the person or entity reported, he or she will not have the right to protection and Fludet SA may report him or her and hold him or her accountable.

Processing

Fludet SA has assigned a person responsible for the internal information system, who will be the only one with access to the complaint and in charge of investigating it. The processing of the investigation will be carried out with the utmost reserve and total confidentiality. Neither the accused nor the other people affected by the complaint will have access to the identity of the complainant. If the complainant has provided an address, telephone number or email address to receive communications, they will be informed about the admission or inadmissibility of their complaint and about the final decision of the investigation. If the investigation reveals the commission of a crime, it will be referred to the Prosecutor's Office or the judicial authority. If it is a serious or very serious administrative infraction, the competent authorities will be informed. Regardless of whether they can use our internal channels, the complainant may always choose to also use, jointly or alternatively, the external channels enabled by the Administration of Justice or the competent administrative authorities.

Whistleblower protection

As long as the facts reported are not implausible or manifestly false, all people who use our internal reporting channels in good faith will have the right to protection.

Said protection will include, in any case, your right not to have your identity revealed to those reported or to others affected by the report. Fludet SA guarantees that no whistleblower will suffer retaliation for communications or complaints made through our internal channels or that have been presented to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AAI) or publicly revealed under the terms of Law 2/2023. This right of protection will extend to their family and friends, as well as to the entities with which the complainant maintains some type of connection.

Data processing carried out in compliance with Law 2/2023 is covered by compliance with said legal obligation and is considered lawful based on the essential public interest. In compliance with data protection legislation, all interested parties are informed that their identity will be reserved and will not be communicated to the persons to whom the revealed facts relate or to third parties, except in cases of legal obligation.



The complainant and any interested party may exercise their right of access, rectification, limitation, deletion and portability of their personal data in accordance with current regulations. Due to the aforementioned obligation of confidentiality, some of these rights could be fulfilled with certain limitations, such as in the case of the right of access or opposition. Likewise, only people designated by the company will be able to access the data contained in the Internal Information System, and the communication of this data to third parties will be limited in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The data may only be kept for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation. After three months from receipt of the communication without investigation actions having been initiated, personal data will be deleted.
